A series of beautiful, captivating short and fun films showing that even where lives are difficult children can still find happiness. The films were produced in-country by working with the children themselves. These are their own stories about what makes them happy and we want to share them with you and as many children as possible around the world. Part of a programme of work run by The Ragdoll Foundation, an organisation dedicated to developing the power of imaginative responses in children through the arts. At a time when awareness of cultural identity is more important than ever, these films offer the chance to be inspired by the happy thoughts of children around the world and to share their cultures.
This film is playing as part of the Reel Kids strand at the Leeds Young Film Festival. To pre-book tickets, or for more details about the full festival programme, please visit www.leedsyoungfilm.com.
