Film description

Jojo is a lonely German boy during World War II whose world view turned upside down when he discovers his single mother is hiding a young Jewish girl in their attic. Aided only by his idiotic imaginary friend, Adolf Hitler (Waititi himself), Jojo must confront his blind nationalism as the war rages on.

Taika Waititi directs a stellar cast, including Sam Rockwell, Scarlett Johansson and Rebel Wilson, in this daring and touching anti-hate satire which won the audience award at the Toronto Film Festival.
