Film description

Rocketman tells the uncensored human story of how small-town boy and shy piano prodigy Reginald Dwight became larger-than-life superstar Elton John. Directed by Dexter Fletcher – who took over directorial duties for recent hit Bohemian Rhapsody – the film stars stars Taron Egerton in the titular role, alongside Jamie Bell as John’s writing partner Bernie Taupin, and Richard Madden as his first manager, John Reid. Rocketman is an epic musical fantasy about one of the most iconic figures in pop culture.
